How Can You Achieve Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing?
In the clinic, I now use a scientifically validated test known as Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), which assists me to design a program specifically for your needs – using personalised dietary and lifestyle advice, and targeted nutritional supplements to give your body the building blocks for maximum health and energy. Sounds pretty good, hey?
What Is Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)?
BIA is a science that has been used for monitoring patients in hospital and research settings since the 1980’s. I use a BIA device that is a registered medical device called Quadscan. The test is completed in a matter of minutes and is painless - leads are connected to your hands and feet, and low voltage electrical currents are passed through your body (don't worry, you won't feel a thing!). This provides me with your body composition measurements, giving insight into important aspects of your health. The Metascan™ Quadscan device also helps me to monitor your cellular health and fluid distribution in response to your individually designed health program.
Who Wants More Vitality?
You may benefit from the Metascan™ program if you want to:
- Manage your weight more effectively
- Increase your muscle tone and fitness
- Improve your energy levels
- Support healthy ageing
- Support nutrition and overall wellbeing
What You Receive...
Once your test has been performed, you are provided with a Metascan™ report, and information regarding your special program to improve key areas. I also monitor your results over time so that you can see how your health is progressing. After all – your health is your greatest asset!
What Options Are Available?
A VLA Quadscan can be performed either as a stand-alone test (this is a great option if you already have your health where you feel it should be, and you just want an insight into your muscle, fat, hydration & cellular health status. Alternatively, Quadscan is now included as part of most Wellness Assessments and Follow-Up Appointments to help give us extra information into where your underlying issues lie, so that they can be addressed.
