Food As Medicine
The link between what we put in our mouths and our health is becoming increasingly apparent. However, at the same time, nutrition in the 21st Century has become incredibly confusing. There are many different points of view, fad diets and opinions on what we ‘should’ be eating – which can make sifting fact from fiction difficult.
Linda is a qualified nutritionist as well as a naturopath. As such her approach is to go back to basics, and work with a real-food approach, without the fads or the latest ‘craze’. Linda believes eating should be fun, and based around common-sense as well as sound nutrition principles. Using nutrition as a therapeutic strategy to improve health, Linda works with many different health challenges, and can provide advice, tips and information about healthy eating.
