Linda has always had a keen interest in nutrition and natural health management. She believes that every aspect of our lives depend on our health, and if our health suffers then our capacity to enjoy life is greatly diminished. She has experienced first-hand the benefits of natural medicine in transforming her own health, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career in the field.
Linda's holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) degree from Charles Sturt University, as well as Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine, and Western Herbal Medicine, obtained through the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences. Her studies have covered a range of areas, including anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, pathophysiology, human nutrition, herbal medicine and evidence-based complementary medicine.
She is committed to the continual improvement of her skills, and as such she keeps abreast of the latest research in the natural medicine field, and as such makes it a priority to regularly attend industry seminars in order to expand her knowledge.
Linda also maintains professional memberships with the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), and the Australian Register of Naturopaths and Herbalists (ARONAH), as well as an associate membership with the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association.
In her spare time she enjoys growing her own vegetables, going to the gym, and curling up with a good book (preferably accompanied by a glass of organic wine).
